Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms concern use of www.altayeb.com and enquiries about products and automotive services supplied by Tyres and Equipment Centre, part of Altayeb Group in Qatar (“we”, “us” or “our”). They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and the written quotation, job card, invoice and warranty documents relevant to your purchase. Product-specific terms must be clearly provided before a purchase is agreed. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies available under applicable Qatar consumer-protection law.

2. Website information and enquiries

Website descriptions and images help you explore our products and services. Images may be illustrative; confirm the exact model, tyre specification, product condition, included services and price with the relevant branch. A website form submission, WhatsApp message or appointment request is an enquiry, not confirmation of stock, an accepted order or a confirmed service time. Our team will confirm the arrangements with you.

3. Quotations, prices and promotions

The written quotation or branch confirmation will state the products or work included, price in Qatari riyals, any applicable charges and quotation validity. Please ask whether fitting, balancing, alignment, valves, delivery or mobile attendance is included. Additional work or charges should be explained and agreed before it is carried out. Promotional offers apply only to the products, dates, locations and eligibility conditions stated for that offer. No change to website pricing or these terms should retrospectively alter an accepted purchase without a lawful basis or your agreement.

4. Product suitability and service approval

Provide accurate vehicle, tyre-size, load/speed-rating and service information. Our team should confirm suitability against the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations and inspect the vehicle where necessary. Advice through the website is not a substitute for a physical safety inspection. Please approve the agreed scope of work and advise us of known vehicle concerns before service begins. Do not continue driving on an unsafe or damaged tyre; seek appropriate assistance.

5. Appointments and mobile assistance

Appointments, mobile attendance locations, expected arrival times and any call-out charges are confirmed by our team. Travel and repair times can vary with location, traffic, weather, site safety and the work required. Contact the relevant branch or mobile team promptly if you need to change or cancel an arrangement. Mobile technicians may need a safe, accessible working area; where work cannot safely be completed at the location, discuss alternative arrangements with our team.

6. Payments, changes, returns and cancellations

Payment arrangements, deposits and any agreed charges must be stated in the quotation or purchase documentation. Contact the supplying branch promptly about an incorrect item, a suspected defect, cancellation or a requested return. Your statutory rights relating to defective, misdescribed or non-conforming products or services remain unaffected. Any separate change-of-mind policy, special-order restriction or cancellation fee must be disclosed before purchase and comply with applicable law. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Warranty and after-sales concerns

Warranty coverage depends on the product, brand and applicable written warranty, together with mandatory legal requirements. Contact the supplying branch with the invoice or other available purchase details so the concern can be assessed. Submission of a claim does not by itself determine the outcome. A manufacturer’s policy does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on the seller or service provider. Please see our Warranty page for general claim guidance.

8. Website use, brand content and external links

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material or interfere with its operation. Website text, designs and images are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their display does not transfer ownership or imply a relationship beyond what is expressly stated. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

9. Privacy, complaints and applicable law

Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry, recruitment and website information is handled. For questions about a quotation, purchase, service or these terms, contact the supplying branch or email info@altayeb.com, providing relevant purchase details without unnecessary identity or payment-card information. These terms are governed by applicable Qatar law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or access to competent authorities and courts.

10. Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time. Later changes apply prospectively and will not remove rights attached to an existing transaction. Separate written business-to-business contracts may contain additional agreed terms.
